Travi started with a simple complaint: nobody could tell you what a cab to Darjeeling would cost until they were already driving you there. Rates depended on the season, the driver, and how much of a hurry you looked to be in.
So we built the company around the quote. Every route we run has a published fare, worked out by the same engine whether you book on the website, in the app, or through one of our franchise offices. You see the number before you confirm it, and that is the number you pay.
Today we run local trips, hourly rental packages and outstation routes across north Bengal, Sikkim and Bihar — from short airport runs at Bagdogra to the long haul down to Patna.
How we work
Drivers who know the road
Hill routes go to drivers who run them regularly. Every driver is verified against their licence and identity documents before they take a booking.
You can see the cab
Live tracking from assignment to drop, and you can share it. A pickup OTP means the trip only starts when you are actually in the car.
